I was very pleased with my recent visit to Dr. Povolotsky. I've been going to Dr. Povolotsky for about 12 years now and I have always been treated with the best care. Always enjoy my appointments. The wait time is non-existent. Dr. Povolotsky is very good about explaining everything and creating a dental plan to meet my needs. I know that if I should have some type of dental emergency that I will be seen quickly. The office staff is very nice and professional. They answer all my questions and help me to understanding the procedure and billing. This has to be the best Dental service in Cleveland.

Dr. Pavolotsky is a talented and fiercely dedicated dental professional. He is quickly able to identify a problem thanks to his many years of experience with clients, explain the procedure clearly, and execute it with minimal amount of discomfort for the patient. Since recently I moved 6 hours away from Cleveland, but still make the drive to Dr. Pavolotsky's office for any dental work I need. Moreover, the staff, including Victoria, Larisa, and Lena are incredibly friendly and highly professional.

Dr. Pavolotsky never keeps you waiting in the waiting room, but you must be timely always. You get called several times to remind you of an upcoming appointment. Good dental care. They don't try to tell you things are wrong with your teeth when there isn't anything wrong. (Sounds shocking, but this was the first honest dentist I found) I have been there twice so far, and I plan to continue to go there for the foreseeable future. Update: Been going for 6 years and still happy.
